The Internet Car Lot, Inc. is a fully licensed, bonded and insured dealership located in Omaha, NE which helps local private parties market and sell their vehicles worldwide using the power of the internet.
Founded in 2005 by two local brothers – The Internet Car Lot has since sold over 3,000 vehicles worldwide! Everything from vintage Ford Model T’s and classics to Lamborghini’s, Boats, RV’s and just about everything in-between you can think of! This very unique business model and evolved substantially since conception and has thrived amongst some of our nation’s toughest economic times proving we’re here to stay!
With a founding concept that if we just specialized in helping local customers sell their vehicles online – we could take the work and hassle out of selling a customer’s vehicle on their own and help them financially do better than opposed to trading their vehicle in. We’re now a full turn-key solution where our local selling customer’s book a quick appointment to have their car listed and photographed and we take it from there! The customer keeps the car in their possession and we handle all the phone calls, e-mails, negotiations, escrow service, financing and much more! We consider ourselves realtors for vehicles! Making a safe, secure and convenient way to help our customers get the most value for their vehicles without any of the hassle!
The Internet Car Lot now also maintains its own large vehicle inventory as well as our consignment inventory and specializes in providing our customers with very aggressive internet pricing on all of our vehicles. We accept trade-ins and being a licensed dealership – this allows us access to auctions all across the country that include off-lease, corporate and fleet vehicles which we can purchase and resell with very low margins passing the savings onto our customers thanks to our very low overhead business model. Low margins and high volume = a win win for our internet customers! It also allows our buyers to get some of the best pricing around! In our opinion, this is the way all dealerships should be.
