THE INTERNET CAR LOT, Inc. is a registered eBay user and is a Nebraska Car Dealer operating under Nebraska law. The business is located at 4093-4095 South 84th Street, Omaha, NE 68127. The vehicle is also for sale locally and is being sold on consignment.

PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, certified check, wire transfer only are the acceptable method of payment. All funds must be in US dollars only. AT AUCTION CLOSE: Successful "winning" bidder must telephone 402-991-1112 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction including the deposit. The successful high bidder will submit a deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The deposit shall be $500.00.

PAYMENT OF BALANCE DUE: Within (7) days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, cash or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We charge a $249 documentation fee for all buyers.

SHIPPING: All buyers are responsible for any shipping or travel costs incurred when purchasing a vehicle. The Internet Car Lot, Inc. will assist in making arrangements for you. We do not have any affiliation with any shippers and all shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with them.

ADDITIONAL TERMS: The Internet Car Lot, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at its? discretion or end the auction early if necessary. The Internet Car Lot, Inc. shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. Unqualified Bidding, Deadbeat Bidders, Auction Interference, Shill Bidding, or any form of harassment can be subject to legal prosecution. We welcome a buyer?s inspection. If you plan to have a buyer?s inspection, please make certain the inspection is complete prior to bidding on the vehicle. A 30 day temporary registration will be provided to any out of state buyer free of charge. Please have your financing arranged PRIOR to bidding on any vehicle listed on The Internet Car Lot, Inc. DISCLAIMER
All vehicles are sold "as-is" and without warranty. Some vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (will be stated in our description). All cars come with only one master key unless otherwise stated. Vehicles come with books, manuals and keyless remotes only if specifically stated in the ad. If the ad states the vehicle has remote keyless entry, this does not guarantee that one or multiple key fobs will be included unless stated.

DEFINITIONS:

"Excellent Condition" means that the vehicle looks great, and is in excellent mechanical condition. The paint is glossy and the body and interior have no more than very light, normal wear for the year and mileage on the vehicle.

"Good Condition" means the vehicle or part of the vehicle is free from any major defects. The paint, body, and interior have only very minor blemishes (if any) and there are no major mechanical problems.

"Fair condition" means the vehicle has some minor mechanical or cosmetic defects, but is still in safe running condition. This vehicle may need minor mechanical or cosmetic repairs done for it to be considered "good" condition.

"Poor condition" refers to a vehicle that has several mechanical/cosmetic problems and is most likely not driveable.

All disputes relating to this vehicle or sale of this vehicle shall be resolved in Douglas County, Nebraska. Customer and Buyer shall bear their own costs and attorney fees and the Law of the State of Nebraska shall apply, and customer shall harmless and indemnify The Internet Car Lot, Inc. for all costs and attorney fees.
