VEHICLE SALES & LISTING ASSOCIATE
VEHICLE SALES & LISTING ASSOCIATE
The Internet Car Lot is seeking a pro-active, energetic sales associate. You will be selling and assisting customers listing their vehicle with The Internet Car Lot. You will sell the customer the appropriate listing package, help the customer determine the value of their vehicle, photograph the vehicle, explain paperwork, and then post the vehicle in our system. You will then handle all of the phone calls, emails, and negotiations for the customer. You will also need to sometimes go on test drives when selling vehicles. This is a fast paced position which will suit someone with a positive attitude and an outgoing spirit.
Responsibilities include:
* Negotiating car deals (between buyers & sellers)
* Explaining our services to customers both on the phone and in store
* Selling and up selling our various services and packages
* Answering and solving customer's questions/problems
* Sales/automotive paperwork
* Managing potential customers/leads
* Maintain an exceptional and professional front desk appearance
* Presenting our vehicles
* Taking customers on test drives
Qualifications:
* Good driving record
* 2+ years sales experience
* Great computer skills
* Excellent communications and phone skills
* Superior problem solving skills
* The ability to multi-task
* Basic office skills (filing, copying, faxing, etc)
* Dealership experience preferred but not required
Additional Details:
*The job's hours are Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 6pm, Saturday & Monday: 10am - 3pm
*Contests and Monthly Bonuses
Compensation:
The full-time job pays both a base salary plus commission. This position is more commission driven, so excellent sales skills are a must. Average earning potential is $36k-$45k based on performance.
